Rules while visiting Jaybird Ranch:

Absolutely no smoking on property.

Drive slowly while on property.

All riders must sign a liability waiver prior to riding.

ASTM approved helmets must be worn while on horse back.

All riders must wear appropriate foot wear.

Lock all gates behind you.

Turn off lights when finished in arena or barn.

Close all doors when finished in arena, barn or tack room.

Do not leave buckets, halters or leads in pastures.

Hang up halters and leads…nothing left on the floor.

Pick up any garbage on the ground.

Clean all brushes after use.

Poop picked up immediately and put in wheelbarrow in barn and arenas.

Sweep up after yourself.
